She is a character from my upcoming comic project "Witchcraft" -> [link]

The design isn't 100% finished so it might seem a little different from the other drawing (and future ones), and the bracelets she is wearing are related to some event in the story and might (or might not) appear in the other drawings.

As for what is "Siiv" .... Siiv is a rank among the Azurans race .. they are usually non-violent people who don't want to fight .. but those who chose to become warriors they undergo a very dangerous and body altering ritual ... their skin becomes darker (still orange) .. their horns grow larger .. their blood turns purple (from blue) and their skin is covered with dark blisters .. not to mention they become immune to the strongest of flames (even lava) .. and finally they can tap into the demonic energy within them (since they are half-humans half-demons).

But all that comes at two costs .. first death is very likely to happen even before the ritual is complete as the entire blood of the Azuran boils during the ritual .. and even if it is over and the Azuran becomes a Siiv .. their body becomes very susceptible to several things (water/ice, Anti-demonic spells, .. etc etc)

As for the creatures there .. they are both the same type (the one in Ora's hand and the one she is sitting on) .. they are called "Skars".. they inhibit the non-lava infested areas in Ora's world and can grow to very large sizes if they survive ... and they also happen to be the fav food for Azurans.

And Ora is pretty damn cruel she would use them as smoking ingredients XD
